CAR RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

With this agreement the Company My Rent a Car, the undersigned tenant leases the car shown in the present (including any car that replaces it) under the following terms and agreements, including those listed on the front side, of which fully accepts the tenant.

The Lessee has received the car that looked and found the absolute convenience, in excellent condition and fit for use and the purpose for which the leases. The Lessee is obliged to return to My Rent a Car the car and all the forms, tools and accessories (spare tire, jack, tools, pharmacy, fire extinguisher, triangle, antenna) that accompany the situation where the received and the time and place determined by the moment. Otherwise, and after reimbursement of the agreed time the lessee has the obligation to pay the My Rent a Car, the regular charge for compensation for use and compensation for each positive and negative loss. After 90 minutes from the agreed delivery time of the vehicle, the lessee is charged with one (1) additional day of rental. The lessee is required within 24 hours to complete and sign an accident / theft in the shop My Rent a Car and deliver any of the accident documents or information. In case of theft or loss of vehicle, the lessee is required to terminate it to the nearest police authority within 24 hours.

The car can only lead to the tenant and an additional driver, who stated in this Agreement. Both drivers must be at least 23 years and have Greek or International driving license that is valid and issued at least one year.

The cost of gasoline charged to the tenant. Use only unleaded gasoline.

The regular maintenance of vehicles supplied by My Rent a Car. Prohibited the repair of the vehicle by the lessee in case of failure. The car tires are replaced at regular intervals due to wear and tear. Damage due to misuse of the vehicle, including but destroyed tire pavement and potholes borne by the tenant. Flat tyres are your responsibility.

Prohibited to load the car on a ship without the prior written approval of the lessor company. In these cases there is an charge for special insurance coverage.

The car is not allowed to leave Greece. The carrying flammable materials, pollutants, drugs and any other relevant in this Convention, and to use the car as an instrument to commit illegal or criminal act. A breach of this condition and the failure of the resulting loss borne by the tenant guide.

My Rent a Car has no responsibility for loss of personal belongings of the tenant and those occupying the leased vehicle during the lease. The lessee expressly agrees that the My Rent a Car is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by the tenant or third parties during the lease and no claim may be brought against My Rent a Car for the above reason.

The tenant consents to entry of detailed personal information on this electronic file maintained by the My Rent a Car. It is expressly agreed that the My Rent a Car has the right to use these items when the tenant during the lease makes false statements or contravenes the terms of this contract and forward this information to the authorities in case of suspected termination or other criminal offense.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Reservations: In order to reserve a Car, Motorcycle a prepayment of the rental fee is needed paid in cash or credit/debit/prepaid card is obligatory. No reservation is valid without payment.

In case of any difference between the contracted parties resulting from this agreement, only the Greek court specifically the Mytilene courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Zahlungsbedingungen

Um die Buchung erfolgreich abzuschließen, muss der Kunde den vollen Mietbetrag im Voraus auf eine der folgenden drei Arten bezahlen: ………………………….

1. Alter des Fahrers: Mindestalter 23 Jahre.
2. Führerschein: Der Fahrer muss einen gültigen europäischen oder internationalen Führerschein für die entsprechende Motorradkategorie besitzen.
3. Mietdauer: Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt einen Tag (24 Stunden). Bei einer Verspätung von einer Stunde mehr wird dem Kunden ein zusätzlicher Miettag in Rechnung gestellt.
4. Versicherungen: Alle Mietpreise beinhalten eine Haftpflichtversicherung. Der Mieter haftet für alle möglichen Schäden oder Diebstahl (teilweise oder vollständig) am Mietwagen oder Motorrad bis zu einem Betrag von 800 €. Der Mieter muss den Gesamtbetrag des Schadens am Mietwagen oder Motorrad zahlen, unabhängig davon, wer verantwortlich ist. Dieser Betrag wird dem Kunden nach der Entschädigung von e-rentacar zurückerstattet.

ACHTUNG: Keiner der oben genannten Versicherungsschutze ist gültig:

(a) Falls der Mieter unter dem Einfluss von Alkohol oder Drogen steht.

(b) Für Schäden, die durch das Fahren auf unbefestigten Straßen entstehen.

(c) Für Schäden, die an den folgenden Teilen des Autos oder Motorrads, an den Reifen und den Felgen entstehen.

(d) Bei Unfällen, die verursacht werden, wenn der Fahrer nicht im Mietvertrag angegeben ist.

(e) Bei Unfällen, über die der Mieter „e-rentacar“ nicht informiert und keine Unfallmeldung im Sinne der griechischen Gesetzgebung eingereicht hat, unabhängig von seiner/ihrer Verantwortung.

5. Versicherung mit Selbstbeteiligung: Durch die Zahlung eines zusätzlichen Betrags von 10 € pro Tag kann der Mieter die Entschädigung über den Betrag von 800 € hinaus für Schäden vermeiden, die am Auto oder Motorrad durch seine/ihre Verantwortung verursacht werden.
6. Kraftstoff: Die Kraftstoffkosten trägt ausschließlich der Mieter. Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, das Fahrzeug/Motorrad mit dem Tankinhalt im gleichen Zustand zurückzugeben, in dem er es erhalten hat. Andernfalls wird die Differenz zuzüglich 5 € berechnet. Die Kraftstoffkosten trägt ausschließlich der Mieter, auch bei Abholung und Rückgabe außerhalb von Mytilini.
7. Pannenhilfe: Dem Mieter wird ein Betrag von 2 € pro Tag in Rechnung gestellt. Befindet sich der Mieter außerhalb des angegebenen Gebiets, trägt er die anfallenden Kosten für die Pannenhilfe selbst.
8. Garantie: Die Garantiegrenzen betragen je nach Fahrzeugkategorie 600 € bis 1200 € und können in bar oder per Kredit-/Debit-/Prepaid-Karte bezahlt werden.
9. Zahlungsmethode: Die Mietgebühr für das Auto oder Motorrad wird in bar oder mit Karte (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover) zuzüglich einer Bankprovision von 3% bezahlt.
10. Abholung & Zustellung: Die Abholung und Zustellung erfolgt ausschließlich an unserer Station und innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten. Außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten und an gesetzlichen Feiertagen ist die Abholung und Zustellung nur nach Vereinbarung und gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr möglich, die dem Mieter zu Lasten geht.
11. Reservierungen: Um ein Auto oder Motorrad zu reservieren, ist eine Vorauszahlung der Mietgebühr in bar oder per Kredit-/Debit-/Prepaid-Karte erforderlich. Ohne Zahlung ist keine Reservierung gültig.
12. Stornierungsbedingungen: Im Falle einer Stornierung einer Reservierung ist „e-rentacar“ berechtigt, folgende Stornierungsgebühren einzubehalten:

(a) 20% vom Gesamtmietpreis, für Stornierungen bis zu 15 Tage vor Mietbeginn.

(b) 35% vom Gesamtmietpreis bei Stornierungen, die zwischen einem (1) und fünf (10) Tagen vor Mietbeginn erfolgen.

(c) 50% vom Gesamtmietpreis, falls der Kunde überhaupt nicht erscheint.
(d) KEINE RÜCKERSTATTUNG DER ANZAHLUNG

13. Stornierung: Stornierungen sollten schriftlich an „e-rentacar“, per Fax an +302253023000 oder per E-Mail an e-rentacar.gr@gmail.com gesendet werden.
14. Verkehrsverstöße – Strafen: Sämtliche Bußgelder und Ordnungswidrigkeiten belasten den Mieter.
15. Kilometer: Unbegrenzte Kilometer
16. Helm: Dem Mieter wird ein kostenloser Helm angeboten.
17. Verschiedene Begriffe:

(a) Dem Mieter ist es nicht gestattet, das Fahrzeug für Geschwindigkeitsrennen, Wheelies oder Fahrten im Sand zu verwenden.

(b) Der Mieter sollte das Fahrzeug abschließen, wenn es unbeaufsichtigt ist.

(c) Das Fahrzeug darf nur vom Fahrer und den in diesem Leasingvertrag genannten Personen gefahren werden.

(d) Der Mieter darf das Fahrzeug nicht außerhalb von LESBOS überführen.

(e) Der Mieter gibt das Fahrzeug in demselben guten Zustand an das Unternehmen zurück, in dem er es erhalten hat.

(f) Im Falle eines mechanischen Defekts muss der Mieter den Vermieter unverzüglich informieren.

(g) Im Falle eines Unfalls ist der Mieter verpflichtet, den Unfallhergang innerhalb von 24 Stunden zu melden, andernfalls haftet er sofort und in vollem Umfang für alle entstandenen Schäden.

(h) Der Mieter erklärt sich ausdrücklich damit einverstanden, dass „e-rentacar“ nicht für positive oder Folgeschäden haftet, die dem Mieter oder Dritten während der Mietdauer entstehen, und dass aus den oben genannten Gründen keine Ansprüche gegen das Unternehmen geltend gemacht werden können.

(i) In besonderen Fällen behält sich „e-rentacar“ das Recht vor, jeden Auto-/Motorradtyp durch einen anderen der gleichen oder einer höheren Kategorie zu ersetzen.
