CAR RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

With this agreement the Company My Rent a Car, the undersigned tenant leases the car shown in the present (including any car that replaces it) under the following terms and agreements, including those listed on the front side, of which fully accepts the tenant.

The Lessee has received the car that looked and found the absolute convenience, in excellent condition and fit for use and the purpose for which the leases. The Lessee is obliged to return to My Rent a Car the car and all the forms, tools and accessories (spare tire, jack, tools, pharmacy, fire extinguisher, triangle, antenna) that accompany the situation where the received and the time and place determined by the moment. Otherwise, and after reimbursement of the agreed time the lessee has the obligation to pay the My Rent a Car, the regular charge for compensation for use and compensation for each positive and negative loss. After 90 minutes from the agreed delivery time of the vehicle, the lessee is charged with one (1) additional day of rental. The My Rent a Car has the right to regain possession and use of the car at any time without notice and without the consent of the employee, but this cost from anywhere and by any means in any case where a crisis is no risk of damage or loss of the car and risk of non-recovery of damages. The My Rent a Car has the right addition to the above case to regain possession and use of the vehicle if used or used in violation of the terms of this contract or the specified lease term.

The lessee is required within 24 hours to complete and sign an accident / theft in the shop My Rent a Car and deliver any of the accident documents or information. In case of theft or loss of vehicle, the lessee is required to terminate it to the nearest police authority within 24 hours.

The car can only lead to the tenant and an additional driver, who stated in this Agreement. Both drivers must be at least 23 years and have Greek or International driving license that is valid and issued at least one year.

The cost of gasoline charged to the tenant. Use only unleaded gasoline.

The regular maintenance of vehicles supplied by My Rent a Car. Prohibited the repair of the vehicle by the lessee in case of failure. The car tires are replaced at regular intervals due to wear and tear. Damage due to misuse of the vehicle, including but destroyed tire pavement and potholes borne by the tenant. Flat tyres are your responsibility.

Prohibited to load the car on a ship without the prior written approval of the lessor company. In these cases there is an charge for special insurance coverage.

The car is not allowed to leave Greece. The carrying flammable materials, pollutants, drugs and any other relevant in this Convention, and to use the car as an instrument to commit illegal or criminal act. A breach of this condition and the failure of the resulting loss borne by the tenant guide.

My Rent a Car has no responsibility for loss of personal belongings of the tenant and those occupying the leased vehicle during the lease. The lessee expressly agrees that the My Rent a Car is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by the tenant or third parties during the lease and no claim may be brought against My Rent a Car for the above reason.

The tenant consents to entry of detailed personal information on this electronic file maintained by the My Rent a Car. It is expressly agreed that the My Rent a Car has the right to use these items when the tenant during the lease makes false statements or contravenes the terms of this contract and forward this information to the authorities in case of suspected termination or other criminal offense.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Reservations: In order to reserve a Car, Motorcycle a prepayment of the rental fee is needed paid in cash or credit/debit/prepaid card is obligatory. No reservation is valid without payment.

In case of any difference between the contracted parties resulting from this agreement, only the Greek court specifically the Mytilene courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Ödeme Koşulları

Müşterinin rezervasyonu başarıyla tamamlaması için, kiralama bedelinin tamamını aşağıdaki üç şekilde önceden ödemesi gerekmektedir:………………………….

1. Sürücünün yaşı: Asgari yaş 23 olmalıdır.
2. Sürücü Belgesi: Sürücünün, Motosiklet kategorisine ait geçerli bir Avrupa veya uluslararası sürücü belgesine sahip olması gerekmektedir.
3. Kiralama Süresi: Minimum kiralama süresi bir gündür (24 saat). Bir saatin üzerinde gecikme olması durumunda müşteriden ek bir kiralama günü ücreti alınır.
4. Sigortalar: Tüm kiralama fiyatlarına üçüncü şahıs sorumluluğu dahildir. Kiralayan, kiralık Araba, motosiklete verilen her türlü olası hasardan veya hırsızlıktan (kısmi veya toplam) 800€ tutarına kadar sorumludur. Kiralayan, sorumlu kim olursa olsun Araba, motosikletin hasarının toplam maliyetini ödemelidir ve bu tutar, 'e-rentacar' şirketi tazmin edildiğinde müşteriye iade edilecektir.

DİKKAT: Yukarıdaki Sigorta Kapsamlarının hiçbiri geçerli değildir:

(a) Kiracı alkol veya uyuşturucu etkisi altındaysa.

(b)Asfaltlanmamış yollarda sürüş nedeniyle meydana gelen hasarlar için.

(c) Arabanın, motosikletin aşağıdaki kısımlarında lastiklerde ve jantlarda meydana gelen hasarlar.

(d) Kira sözleşmesinde sürücünün belirtilmemesi nedeniyle meydana gelen kazalar.

(e) Kiracının 'e-rentacar'a bildirmediği ve sorumluluğu ne olursa olsun Yunan mevzuatında tanımlandığı şekilde kaza tutanağı ibraz etmediği kazalar için.

5. Muafiyetli Sigorta: Kiracı, günlük 10€ ekstra ödeme yaparak, sorumluluğu altındaki araç, motosiklete verilebilecek her türlü hasar için 800€'nun üzerindeki tazminattan kurtulur.
6. Yakıt: Yakıt maliyeti yalnızca kiralayanı yükler. Kiralayan, Arabayı, Motosikleti, deposunun içeriğiyle birlikte, aldığı durumdaki gibi iade etmekle yükümlüdür. Aksi takdirde yakıt farkı ve 5€ ek ücret alınacaktır. Yakıt maliyeti yalnızca kiralayanı yükler, Midilli dışında teslim alma ve bırakma sırasında da geçerlidir.
7. Yol yardımı: Kiracıdan günlük 2€ ücret alınır. Kiracı belirtilen alanın dışında bir bölgede bulunursa, bundan doğacak yol yardımı masraflarını kendisi ödemek zorundadır.
8. Garanti: Aracın kategorisine bağlı olarak garanti limitleri 600€ ile 1200€ arasında olup nakit veya kredi/banka/ön ödemeli kart ile ödenebilmektedir.
9. Ödeme Şekli: Araba, Motosiklet kiralama ücreti nakit veya kart (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover) ile ödenir ve %3% banka komisyonu eklenir.
10. Teslim Alma ve Teslimat: Teslim alma ve teslimat sadece istasyonumuzda ve çalışma saatleri içinde gerçekleşir. Ofis saatleri ve resmi tatiller dışında teslim alma ve teslimat sadece anlaşma ile ve kiracıya yüklenen ek bir ücret karşılığında mümkündür.
11. Rezervasyonlar: Araba, Motosiklet rezervasyonu yapmak için kiralama ücretinin peşin ödenmesi gerekmektedir (nakit veya kredi/banka/ön ödemeli kart ile ödenmesi zorunludur). Ödeme yapılmadan rezervasyon geçerli değildir.
12. İptal Politikası: Rezervasyonun iptali durumunda 'e-rentacar' aşağıdaki iptal ücretlerini kesme hakkına sahiptir:

(a) Kiralama başlangıç tarihinden 15 gün öncesine kadar yapılan iptallerde toplam kiralama bedelinden 20%.

(b) Kiralamanın başlangıç tarihinden bir (1) ile beş (10) gün önce yapılan iptallerde toplam kiralama bedelinden 35%.

(c) Müşterinin hiç gelmemesi halinde toplam kira bedelinden 50%.
(d) DEPOZİTO İADELERİ YOK

13. İptal: İptaller yazılı olarak 'e-rentacar'a faks yoluyla +302253023000 numarasına veya e-rentacar.gr@gmail.com adresine e-posta yoluyla gönderilmelidir.
14. Trafik İhlalleri – Cezalar: Tüm para cezaları ve idari yaptırımlar kiracıya aittir.
15. Kilometre: Sınırsız kilometre
16. Kask: Kiralayana ücretsiz kask verilmektedir.
17. Çeşitli Terimler:

(a) Kiracı, aracı hız yarışları, tekerlek kaldırma veya kumda sürüş için kullanamaz.

(b) Kiracı, araçta kimse olmadığında aracı kilitlemelidir.

(c) Araç yalnızca sürücü ve bu kiralama sözleşmesinde adı geçen kişiler tarafından kullanılmalıdır.

(d) Kiracı, aracı LESVOS dışına transfer edemez.

(e) Kiracı, aracı teslim aldığı gibi iyi durumda şirkete iade edecektir.

(f) Mekanik bir arıza durumunda kiracı, kiralama şirketini derhal bilgilendirmelidir.

(g) Bir kaza halinde kiracı, kazanın meydana geldiğini 24 saat içinde bildirmek zorundadır, aksi takdirde meydana gelen her türlü hasardan derhal ve tamamen sorumlu olur.

(h) Kiracı, kiralama süresince kendisine veya üçüncü kişilere gelebilecek her türlü olumlu veya dolaylı zarardan 'e-rentacar'ın sorumlu olmayacağını ve yukarıda belirtilen sebeplerden dolayı şirkete karşı herhangi bir talepte bulunulamayacağını açıkça kabul eder.

(i) Özel durumlarda, 'e-rentacar' her Araba/motosiklet tipini aynı kategorideki veya daha üst bir kategorideki bir araç/motosiklet tipiyle değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.
